Warm the balm.
Take a pea-sized amount with the bamboo applicator or your fingertips. Smooth it onto clean, dry underarms.

Rinse the applicator.
Rinse the bamboo applicator and let it dry before it goes back near the balm.
Once a month: the mask, if you want it.
Optional and not part of the daily steps. The Underarm Detox Mask is a reset about once a month, or as needed, for example while you switch from antiperspirant. Leave it on for 10 minutes, rinse, and put the balm on once skin is dry.
